The White Island Project

Following the devastating tsunami and nuclear catastrophe in Japan in March this year, Jürgen Bushe, founder of the Ibiza Style magazine teamed up with Danish photographer Tom Leather to form The White Island Project to raise money for those affected by the disaster.

Along with a stunning fashion show, auction, art exhibition, Japanese DJs - Hideyo Blackmoon and Tsuyoshi Takashiro rocked the beach at the Blue Marlin on the South Coast of Ibiza to raise money for this worthy cause.

DJsounds talks to the White Island Project founders and DJs Blackmoon and Takashiro on how any why this event came about and how the money raised will help those in need.
