The 3CD release follows the delicious history of disco throughout the decades from its origins in the early seventies through to disco house classics and today’s remixes of recurrent favourites.
CD1 features remastered Classic Disco Originals in their full 12” glory with anthems from the likes of Sister Sledge, Chic, Chaka Khan, Patrice Rushen and Pointer Sisters to name but a few.
CD2 is a mixed collection of Disco House Classics including hits that evolved and sample the original disco sound and includes contemporary A-list producers such as Bob Sinclair, Freemasons, Mousse T, Armand Van Helden and Kenny Dope.
CD3 which is also mixed consists of new Disco Remixesfeaturing EXCLUSIVE Hed Kandi remixes of Candi Staton, Sister Sledge, Rose Royce, Chris Lake & Marco Lys, Fhreek, Redroche vs Armstrong and Stefano Noferini and these cuts sample the original disco records that continue to influence Hed Kandi’s global dancefloors today.
