Filo & Peri featuring Eric Lumiere’s aptly titled, ‘Anthem’ has built into a crossover-beckoning floorfiller for the past few months.

The biggest record of this year for DJs including Paul van Dyk, Tiesto, Armin van Buuren, Ferry Corsten, Judge Jules, and many more – with Jules and David Pearce stating so live on Radio 1, Filo & Peri featuring Eric Lumiere’s aptly titled, ‘Anthem’ has built into a crossover-beckoning floorfiller for the past few months, and with the biggest hands-in-the-air ‘strumdown’ this side of Pink Floyd’s ‘Wish You Were Here’, it’s set to become the soundtrack to New Year Eve 2007.

Licensed from Paul van Dyk’s Vandit Records to Positiva for a full commercial release, it comes with new mixes from Cicada, Thomas Gold, and more.

While its unashamedly uplifting melodies won’t please the chin-stroking sensibilities of some of the old folks found in dance music’s playground, it’s the one that’s doing it for the kids (check out the numerous Youtube and similar clips from the likes of Global Gathering, SW4, Ibiza, and beyond).

No strangers to big records themselves, Filo & Peri have carved a formidable reputation. The New York natives have rocked dancefloors at home and abroad for the past three years. Their production and DJing style encompasses house, trance, techno and electro, applying the Filo & Peri sound with equal aplomb across each genre.

The full remix package includes Cicada, Nic Chagall, John O’Callaghan, Thomas Gold, and Talla
