The last 6 months have seen Smoke grow into one of the most talked about nights in London. Setting up home every Friday at Pacha, they have struck gold with their consistent formula of funky house, fashion themes, artistic flamboyance and pure decadence; to produce a series of parties that have rocked the foundations of the Victoria venue.
One of the most successful promoters in the Smoke camp has been young guns, Funky4Love, with their refreshing take on promotion. In April they return for a night of musical excellence with a bonafide legend in tow. Renowned Hacienda resident, Graeme Park joins them for a one off North vs South musical journey.
Renowned for being one of the true masters of his craft, Smoke is simply salivating at the thought of seeing this musical magician at work. For 20 years he has been at the forefront of the scene; pushing things forward, representing dance music and sticking to his guns. Today he is as frenetic as ever; Last year saw him celebrate 20 years in the industry with landmark gigs at Glastonbury and beyond, as well as hosting his own burgeoning radio show on key 103. Now at the ripe old age of 40 he is still very much in love with house and as mesmerising as he ever was.
