After two sell out shows last year, Holland’s House Music Lovin’ Homeboy Laidback Luke jets back to Gatecrasher Birmingham on June 18th. Flying directly to Birmingham from his Super You&Me opening party at Ibiza’s Amensia, this will be a night to remember.

Gatecrasher Birmingham will be completely transformed into an Ibizian paradise Super You&Me style including a roof terrace, pyrotechnics, fireworks, confetti showers and the most amazing Ibizian entertainment including aerialists, acrobats, Ibizian dancers & hosts plus much more.

Already a global superstar courtesy of world-wide smashes including ‘Show Me Love’ with Robin S, ‘Get Dumb’ and ‘Leave The World Behind’ with Swedish House Mafia and remixes for the likes of Daft Punk,  David Guetta, Murk, Oliver Lieb, and Tom Stephan, 2011 is set to be the most exciting in Laidback Luke’s career. His super-hero themed party, Super You&Me is set for storming third season at Amnesia Ibiza and Luke has kick started a compilation series with Laidback Luke presents....Super You&Me featuring Avichii via his own label Mixmash Records.

Since landing as a new entry – 46 – in DJ magazine’s Top 100 DJs Poll of 2008, soaring to 27 in 2009 and 17 in 2010, it’s clear that Holland’s homeboy is on fire like never before. It’s why he was selected to ignite the Stealth Live! CD series. Why he was snapped up for a weekly Friday show by French station Radio FG. Why his own party, Super You&Me, is such a winner. Why he has remixed artists including David Guetta, Tiësto,  Dizzee Rascal Black Eyed Peas, Calvin Harris, Christina Aguilera and Moby. Why he is playing clubs all over the world from Australia to the Americas – and ripping up a storm.

Performing and producing relentlessly and innovating musically as an artist like nobody else has propelled Luke and his superhuman fusion of hyperdrivehousestep&ghettojacktrancebass to stratospheric new heights over the last couple of years. In the past few months he's remixed Wynter Gordon’s ‘Dirty Talk’, as well as Ferry Corsten, Calvin Harris and Moby, and his own projects, like ‘Till Tonight’ feat. Jonathan Mendelsohn, and ‘Turbulence’ by Luke and Steve Aoki feat. Lil Jon, have gone global. So what more can the new decade bring for our r-evolutionary rebel? Well, with the crazy energy that he conveys and the martial arts that he practises, rest assured it will be out of this world. Yes, our fresh-faced superhero has good ‘kung fu’, always keeping an ear to the ground while his creativity rockets skyward. Luke, we salute you!

His sets are full of pure energy and Luke always has his ear to the ground for the best in up and coming music, so you know his sets are going to be driving, full on and fresh every time.

Sure his name is Laidback but when the music is jumping he is anything but.

Luke's prodigy Sandro Silva also joins the party. Silva is one of Holland's most promising new production talents. At just 19 Silva has already released tracks on Secure Recordings, Spinnin' Records and Laidback Luke's Mixmash label. It is through Laidback Luke's coaching and support, that Sandro was able to develop his DJ and producing skills at such a rapid pace. His talent has certainly not gone unnoticed by some of the biggest, most accomplished artists in the scene: His release, ‘Prom Night' was featured as an Essential Choice on Pete Tong's BBC radio show. Even Tiësto, has personally expressed his recognition and support of Sandro's talent!

Completing the lineup are Gatecrasher regulars Jimmy Kennedy and Dave Thatcher.
