The man with one of the biggest address books in music is the latest top name announced for the festival and is joined at the first ever Zoo Thousand by leading UK rapper Dizzee Rascal.

Taking place at the beautiful Port Lympne Wild Animal Park from the 4th-6th July, the festival will see the best of the UK music scene come to the Garden of England, with a bill that already features the likes of Cribs, Funeral For A Friend, Athlete, British Sea Power, and The Young Knives.

With further names announced shortly, Zoo Thousand and Eight will feature over 100 top live acts at the 20,000 capacity event.

Zoo Thousand will be making a donation to the Aspinall Foundation – the registered charity that runs Port Lympne Wild Animal Park – and festival goers will be able to visit the Animal Park for a reduced price.

Zoo Thousand Director Matt Dice commented: “I’m delighted to announce that Mark Ronson will be coming to Kent – it is a fantastic coup for us.

“Mark is a world-renowned artist who has enjoyed huge success in this country and will be great headliner for Zoo Thousand.”
