In the heat of the summer Wonderland gets set to return to Ministry of Sound on Saturday 29th August to entrap you further into the tale of ‘one’ DJ and his magic fingers.
Every anecdote has it chapters and this Saturday 29th August sees the next for Pete Tong’s epic Wonderland. Twisting the crowd back into a tornado of tech-house the return of the dark fantasy brings with it not only lethal-ladies to engage you in a mystic daze of lucid moves and tantalising femme fatale but distorted music essentials with offerings from Pete Tong, Dirty South and Rob Marmot.
Having left clubbers dribbling at the chops from the last episode of his wizardly tale, Pete Tong is back to breathe distasteful beats through the sound system entwining the beholders deeper into his locked down world of tech-house. Flying straight from his Ibiza residency the man is sure to taunt the crowd with some White Isle magic having rocked the shores every Friday for the last 4 months. Not one to leave his entourage behind, this event sees him fetch the favourable Dirty South to embed filthy and refreshing beats into the crowd’s ears. Having bombed the scene with his filthy electro the driven DJ often confused for being a twosome, has seen success that includes a Grammy nomination and a global tour. A familiar face to the club Dirty South returns to dominate the Box echoing out a damn good explanation of why he is one of today’s most recognisable names. Wonderland resident Rob Marmot also steps up to the mark to prolong the night of sexed up tunage with his relentlessly bold and quirky beats.
Rebirth records takeover the Bar serving up helpings from NUfrequency, AFFKT and Nico De Ceglia. NUfequency have bombed the scene over the recent years and acquiring support from Sasha, Dave Seaman and Hernan Cattaneo some of the top dogs in the industry. Their distinct sound of stripped beats and broken down melodies overlays mesmerising guitar hooks and heavy knocking beats. AFFKT takes over offering rippling beats leading the way for Nico De Ceglia to make his Ministry of Sound debut and throw some serious uncut bass through the speakers.
Nothing can prepare you for what’s in store at Wonderland as it never fails to pull out new tricks and treats. Get ready for the wave as Pete Tong gets that wand out again to corrupt your mind forever.

Twisting us back into a tornado of Tech-house, Pete Tong returns to bring another dark fantasy with ‘Wonderland.’ The night of weird and wonderful antics, welcomes frisky femme fatale dancers, trippy array of lights and music that captivates any mogul…Tossing up a blend of beats, Dirty Sound takes to the Box marking another set of wicked sounds- dark and beautiful crossing musical channels of House and techno. In the Bar, destroying the turntables and leaving a breathless crowd, Nufrequency, AFFKT and Nico de Ceglia will be flipping elements of pure House philosophy to shudder raw techno and grimy beats into a sound-storm of uncontrollable frenzy.
