Following a sellout sunshine blessed 2011, Volvo Snowbombing is proud to announce that the World’s greatest show on snow Volvo Snowbombing 2012 will take place from 9th – 14th April 2011 in Mayrhofen, Austria! Perfectly positioned to explode just as you unwrap your Easter eggs and to catch those late season snow dumps that we just missed this year (it put down a meter of white stuff in Mayrhofen a few days after we left this April, by the way!).
Blue skies... Eternal sunshine... Partying amidst eternal ice... The awesome street party, Fatboy Slim closing the Racket Club, Mark Ronson being choppered in to play the VIP party at the Volvo Ice Camp and The Prodigy in a forest: By popular consent, this year's Volvo Snowbombing was adjudged "the best yet” (just like every previous one!)... Which means that just like each of the previous occasions - we'll have to up the alpine ante once again and top it again next year... Just like we always do, in actual fact!

2012 will see Volvo Snowbombing go interstellar! Snowbombing is already assembling a white hot musical soundtrack which will be delivered by a line up the quality of which has NEVER been seen in the mountains - with our greatest headline act ever! SB:12 will witness MORE live bands, MORE DJ's old and new and some of the most successful household names on the planet all jam packed into one small yet perfectly formed alpine village with an avalanche of fancy dress and the unique Snowbombing festival atmosphere thrown in for good measure.
