LEGENDARY dance label Ministry Of Sound has celebrated the release of latest compilation The Annual 2010 by setting up two dedicated micro-sites – complete with exclusive competitions.

www.theannual2010.co.uk gives enthusiasts the chance to win a lifetime’s VIP membership to Ministry Of Sound’s world-famous London club and play DJ using The Annual Mixtape.

And would-be producers and DJs can visit www.ministryofsound.com/annual2010remix to enter a special remix competition – with a prize spot at the label’s DJ Academy up for grabs!

Both online destinations have been created to engage with dance fans as Ministry Of Sound unleashes latest incarnation The Annual 2010 on the musical arena.

The three-disc extravaganza – boasting artists including Dizzee Rascal, Pitbull, Armand Van Helden, David Guetta and Basement Jaxx – has something for every dance enthusiast.

Micro-site www.theannual2010.co.uk sees Ministry Of Sound giving away a free VIP membership to their internationally-renowned club in London.

The prize entitles the lucky winner to no queuing and free admission to club nights at the capital venue for them and a friend – for life!

All contest entrants also receive a free Minimix download, featuring highlights from The Annual 2010 release.

Furthermore, fans can waste away the hours ‘mashing up’ the compilation in their very own style by getting to grips with The Annual Mixtape on the same website.

Meanwhile, budding DJs are being offered the chance to remix one of Ministry of Sound’s tracks over at www.ministryofsound.com/annual2010remix.

Visitors can access stems for the Tina More single Touch Me, create their very own version of the track and upload it to the website for judging.

Fellow dance fans will cast their votes and one winner will be selected from the top five most popular remixes by the label to receive the DJ Academy prize.

The triumphant entrant will receive a one-day Super Club DJ experience at the special workshop at the world-famous Ministry Of Sound club.

The winner will also have their remix featured on the label’s official website and newsletter, while four runners-up will receive a section of ten Ministry Of Sound albums.

The label’s DJ Academy sees aspiring DJs and dance music fanatics kick-starting their own careers by learning firsthand from dance music icons and expert tutors.
