June 26 is a day for live debuts in the Discoteca with Canadians Caribou and Brooklyn born Blondes both arriving on the island for the first time. Caribou's album Swim was a highlight of 2010, winning critical and commercial plaudits across the board. Stalwart residents Joris Voorn and Jem Haynes complete the main-room lineup. On the Terraza meanwhile, Simian Mobile Disco, Audiofly and Pier Bucci are joined by Smokin' Jo and, making their season debut, much loved likely lads, PBR Streetgang.
Sun-kissed house music is the order of the day on the Sunset Terrace with Jonathan Ulysses, Ian C, Jason Bye and Camilo Franco. Mr Doris and Andy Baxter will be taking control of the room after midnight. Tirk Records and The Pool are presenting El Salon with the tantalising prospect of dubified roots reggae from Earl Gateshead and his Trojan Soundsystem. The Louche crew from Leeds are heading up proceedings in the Red Box, meanwhile you'll find Ian Blevins and Alfredo on the Premier Etage.

The abstract minded Luv*Jam parties from Wrexham, North Wales, have developed into a local cult with the mighty ONK and it's ONKTIONARY. It's as much an art project as music, but expect supreme sound, extreme darkness and lots of places to hide! Many years of unusual parties in unusual surroundings such as concrete bunkers, Berlin’s river spree and enchanted mountain forests now leads to the creation of their own label Crow Castle Cuts. Named after a near by Medieval Fort in Llangollen. The vinyl only label launches on March1st with CCC0749 with tracks from San Soda, Maxim Lany and the Luv*Jam crew. Expect 4 x 12” grey vinyl releases over the year.

We asked Ralph Lawson to put together a mix for us in preparation for his sets this summer, here is what he had to say...
"I have been asked to be monthly resident for the second summer running at We Love Space on Sundays. We Love asked me to make a mix that captures what I am feeling for this season. Of course the tracks will change over the coming weeks but here is a selection of music mixed firmly with that legendary Terrace in mind. The sun totally changes how music sounds to me and these tracks are some that I feel will be part of the soundtrack at Space this summer.
We are getting thrown straight into the deep end on June 19th as we open with a 2020 takeover with 2020Soundsystem Live, Ralph Lawson and Moodymanc for five hours, alongside Tensnake and Groove Armada. I haven't slept all week, put it that way."
