It was surely only a matter of time that Britain’s greatest alpine music event Volvo Snowbombing would get together with Britain’s most famous Winter Olympian... Eddie "the Eagle" Edwards!
The only problem is... Eddie has shaved off his Tache and we know Volvo Snowbombing just wouldn't be the same without it! So we've teamed up with Comic Relief and are asking you to go to our facebook poll and vote for Eddie to grow his ‘tache back’ for Volvo Snowbombing 2011!

And that’s not all the charity bucket shaking that we are doing, oh no! In true Volvo Snowbombing style we will be turning a little piece of Austria red, white and blue by throwing the biggest Royal Wedding Street Party anywhere outside the UK at the Metro Street Party! How jolly exciting! We will also be decking the streets with The World’s Longest Bunting (an official World Record attempt no less) and will be asking Snowbombers to bring their own something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue to create the flags and donate money to see their dirty washing aired along the streets of the Street Party Think trestle tables, commemorative mugs and tea towels as Volvo Snowbombing throws a right ruddy royal knees up Liz herself would be proud of!
