The incredibly talented Gabriel Vezzola comes fresh from winning the contest that virtually every ambitious producer is eager to win: the Danny Tenaglia “Music Is The Answer” remix contest on Beatport. Danny Tenaglia, his label Twisted Records and Beatport made the remix parts of this house classic available, and urged all aspiring producers to deliver their very own interpretation of this legendary track. Over 600 entries were delivered to Beatport and guess what? Our very own Gabriel Vezzola won the damn thing. Besides a substantial slice of fame and global recognition for his skills, Gabriel found him and his remix on the Twisted Records re-release, which climbed all the way to the # 4 spot in Beatport Overall Top 100 Charts. But… that was “just” a remix.
For his debut release under the Gabriel Vezzola moniker, he teamed up with American singer Noelle and delivers a piece of clubby, piano driven, feel good dance floor madness. Denmark’s Beatchuggers (Toolroom Records) and Dutch talents Benny Royal and Robbie Taylor (remember his incredible track “The Guide”?) took care of some high quality and very diverse remixes for your DJ pleasures.
And yes, Gabriel Vezzola is also 50% of the highly successful Gabriel & Castellon project, currently remixing for the likes of Prok & Fitch, Lucien Foort, Mike Polo, Kid Massive and others.
