For a club night still in relative infancy, Sonido seem pretty keen to set the standards, smash them, then set them even higher. Adhering to a music manifesto which remains true to any club’s ethos but whilst also bringing in clubbers from far and wide and is no easy feat.

Maintaining and building upon a vibe, which creates something truly special, to keep it unique, requires consistently inspiring bookings, a great team behind the club, a suitable space and of course, usually the key ingredient – a fervently loyal crowd. Sonido have certainly got all four in place, and after half a year’s worth of partying in Leicester have begun to build on these exciting foundations.

What with roof top BBQ parties, car-park sessions and some just released news in Ibiza action too, they really do not know when to stop. It’s an exciting time for one of the UK’s hottest new prospects and June’s session ushers in two stars from London’s fizzing underground electronic scene. Geddes harbors a passion for deep, profound and organic sounds, his seductive style that brought him to the attention of the heart of the underground house scene.

Producing timeless classics and shaping the London party circuit, this is a talent that shares a love and personal vision for music. His belief and desire to inject freshness into his surroundings inspired him to program his own parties, and his concept became a flourishing reality in London’s Mulletover events. Mulletover has gained unrivalled success as one of the superior, underground parties at the heart of the London scene over the past 5 years.

Never showing a sign of slowing down, Geddes uses his creativity and experience to push into new areas, making appearances worldwide as a DJ and gaining more audiences, individuality and insight to lead us into a bright new era of house music.? Following his formative years as a party warrior, Nisekay (DJ, producer and co-creator of lo*kee) was born out of a love for a good party. Influenced by his early experiences with Goa's psychedelic trance parties and the techno/house of Ibiza, he was struck by a love for underground electronic music.

With the help of an ever growing techno circus, he is now running lo*kee in a number of secret East London locations. Once more residents Dani S?lberg, Rich Fawcett and Jon Brooks unite to keep both rooms rocking hard at Sonido and yet again this superlative Midlands session brings sublime sounds and aural delight to the region.
